Greenbriar Homes is a locally owned and family operated building firm established more than 24 years ago in Bellingham, Washington. David Edelstein is the president of Greenbriar Homes and works with his wife, Katie, and one of his sons Joshua.

David is a second generation builder.  His father, Jerome Edelstein, spent his life building homes and public works' buildings in the New York area.  David started sweeping out houses for his father when he was 7 years of age, and worked for him all through his school years.  When David was discharged from the Army in 1970 he went to work full time for his father in the building business.  David began building his own homes in 1973 and has built hundreds of homes, condominiums and apartments in all price ranges throughout Bellingham, Washington.
